Halton Court in Kidbrooke is a fully affordable scheme for over 50s with 170 apartments and shared communal facilities. The block formed part of the early phases of the regeneration of the Kidbrooke masterplan and is now bedded into the wider community, with many of the former residents of the old Ferrier Estate having moved back to enjoy the new apartments.

Anne-Marie led the design of this scheme whilst at PRP to a successful planning application for Berkeley Homes, in close liaison with Greenwich Council and grant funding stakeholders.
