Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026. This version replaces the policy published in October 2024.
This policy discloses the practices of the data controller: A M Nicholson Limited, trading as amn architects (together referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "the Company"), company no. 15572070, whose registered office is A4G Suite, Nepicar House, London Road, Wrotham Heath, Kent TN15 7RS. It explains what information we collect about you, why and how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it secure. It may be updated from time to time, so please check it regularly.
Your data
We only collect information you choose to give us: through the enquiry form on our contact page, or by emailing us — for example about a project or a job vacancy. That information may include personal identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number and place of work. It is only ever collected and processed for specific, legitimate purposes: responding to your enquiry and any correspondence that follows.
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service which passes your message to our email inbox and does not use it for any other purpose. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing. If we ever engaged another service provider to process data on our behalf, we would ensure they agreed to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information shared with them.
Providing your data is not part of any statutory or contractual requirement or obligation. At no time will your data be subjected to automated decision-making or profiling.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect all the personal information we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This applies to information stored in both electronic and hard-copy form. We keep correspondence only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. See our cookies policy for details.
Updating your personal information
For the purposes of relevant data protection legislation, we are a controller of the personal data we hold and use it in accordance with this privacy notice. If you wish to correct your personal data held by us, or need to contact us in connection with our processing or use of it, or to gain access to it, please contact info@amnarchitects.co.uk.

Your rights
To exercise any of your rights — to be informed; of access; to rectification; to erasure; to restrict processing; to data portability; to object; or in relation to automated decision-making and profiling — or if you have any questions about this policy or our privacy practices, please email info@amnarchitects.co.uk.
If you believe we have not upheld our obligations under UK data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office: details on how to lodge a complaint can be found at ico.org.uk/concerns.
